She loves writing horror/thriller stories as well as children's stories. She specializes in drama and with her writing style she is able to create unique characters in unique situations with profound conclusions.She also enjoys writing short film scripts, feature film scripts, short stories, poems, and would like to dabble in writing for various game formats. She is currently working on a children’s book series and would like to write a collection of flash fiction stories  to be made into a book.

Her dream is to be the next “Edgar Allan Poe” or “Stephen King” or even the next “Dr. Seuss” or other well-known children’s author or horror writer. Her stories can range from vivid and macabre to lively and fantastical.

She has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications and Media Studies from Stetson University. Her senior thesis “American Horror Story: Equipment for Living?” is published in the Stetson university library database.

 In 2014 she wrote, produced, and acted in a short war film called The Note Her short film Sick won at Campus Movie Fest in 2015 and went to Cannes and Hollywood. In 2016 her short film God Games made it in the top 16 at Campus Movie Fest. Also, in 2016 she made a short social justice film about domestic violence called The Story of Marie.

After graduating from Stetson University, Crystal went on to get her Master of Science in Legal Studies from Purdue Global formerly known as Kaplan University.

She is a very passionate advocate for victims of domestic violence, rape survivors, and abuse survivors. She has written legal papers pleading for the laws to change about laws pertaining to domestic violence and sexual assault victims.

She graduated from Purdue Global being a member of the prestigious Alpha Beta Kappa Honor Society and HonorSociety.org. After Graduating from Purdue Global she went on to pursue her Master of Fine Arts in Creative Writing from Full Sail University and graduated in February 2020.
